I offer a safe, compassionate environment to help others heal and find meaning, and to attain their hopes and dreams. I do that by teaching tools such as active listening, self-empathy and empath. And co-creating solutions that work for everyone, generating peace and success every day.

As a Communications coach and mediator, I will teach you how to:

•    Facilitate communication in manner that is clear, compassionate and effective

•    Assist businesses and non-profit boards,  executives and staff, resulting in learning  effective connection and decision making skills. This will ensure greater productivity and teamwork.

•    Prevent and resolve disputes through coaching and mediation in all aspects and variety of relationships.

A Santa Barbara resident and local business owner for over 40 years, I am practicing Immigration Attorney and Mediator. I have served on the boards of several non-profits for 25 years in Santa Barbara and observed the operations first hand. 

I view coaching as a working collaboration, I might offer you questions, reflection and learning toolsto get to a solution. Our work together is intended to be a transformative experience that results in a new level of communication and understanding for all.
